Because this is a personalized digital service, completed reports are not eligible for automatic refunds.

If you have not submitted your photos and questionnaire yet, you may request cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

If your report feels unclear or inconsistent with your photos, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a clarification, revision, or partial refund depending on the situation.

We do not guarantee that every customer will agree with every color recommendation, because color analysis can vary with lighting, camera quality, makeup, hair color, and personal preference.
